Our Story
Born From a Deep Love for Nature
Cover Nature Foundation was established on 16th December 2020 in Ghana, born from a deep conviction that the health of our planet is inseparable from the well-being of its people — especially the most vulnerable.
We work at the intersection of environmental conservation, humanitarian support, and peacebuilding — recognizing that sustainable development cannot be achieved without addressing the social and economic challenges facing communities.
Through strategic local and global partnerships, we design and implement programs that uplift the less privileged, restore ecosystems, and foster a more peaceful and inclusive world for all.

Martin Adusei
Founder & General Secretary, Cover Nature Foundation Ghana
Martin Adusei is a Ghanaian businessman, humanitarian advocate, and community development professional serving as the Founder and General Secretary of Cover Nature Foundation Ghana (CNF). He provides strategic and organizational leadership in the Foundation’s development, humanitarian outreach, community engagement, programme coordination, and partnership-building initiatives. Through his work, Martin is committed to advancing environmental responsibility, social inclusion, community empowerment, humanitarian service, and sustainable development, with particular attention to vulnerable and underserved communities. As Founder and General Secretary, he works to strengthen collaboration among communities, civil society organizations, government institutions, development partners, and other stakeholders, while promoting effective partnerships and responsible community-based initiatives. His leadership is guided by the principles of integrity, compassion, dignity, inclusiveness, partnership, and responsible service. Through Cover Nature Foundation Ghana, Martin continues to support efforts aimed at empowering people, protecting the environment, strengthening resilient communities, and contributing to sustainable development in Ghana and beyond.
Menaly Nyarko
Co-Founder & President, Cover Nature Foundation Worldwide
Menaly Nyarko is a distinguished businesswoman, humanitarian leader, and community development advocate, serving as the Co-Founder and President of Cover Nature Foundation Worldwide. She provides visionary leadership in advancing the Foundation’s humanitarian, social-development, and community empowerment initiatives in Ghana and internationally. She is particularly passionate about women and youth empowerment, social inclusion, humanitarian outreach, and support for vulnerable communities. Through her leadership and commitment to sustainable development, Menaly promotes compassion, unity, dignity, and meaningful partnerships that create positive and lasting impact. As Co-Founder and President, she works to strengthen collaboration among communities, civil society organizations, development partners, and other stakeholders, while supporting initiatives that contribute to inclusive growth, community resilience, and sustainable social development. Her leadership reflects a strong commitment to service, integrity, partnership, and people-centered development, helping to advance Cover Nature Foundation’s vision of empowering communities and building a more inclusive and sustainable future in Ghana and beyond.

Chief Executive Officer, Yuteg Limited | Executive Member, Cover Nature Foundation
Isaac Amofa is a distinguished business executive and Chief Executive Officer of Yuteg Limited Company, with a strong commitment to community development, youth empowerment, and social impact. As an Executive Member of Cover Nature Foundation (CNF), he provides valuable leadership and strategic support to the Foundation’s programmes and initiatives. He is also a committed sponsor of CNF events, projects, and selected delegates, supporting their participation in international conferences and programmes outside Ghana. Through his leadership, partnership, and philanthropic support, Isaac Amofa contributes to strengthening CNF’s capacity to advance its mission, create meaningful community impact, and promote sustainable development both in Ghana and internationally.
Evelyn Gyedu
Vice President and Community Impact Coordinator of Cover Nature Foundation (CNF)
Evelyn Gyedu is a executive member ,distinguished businesswoman, humanitarian leader and community development advocate serving as an Vice President and Outreach Coordinator of Cover Nature Foundation (CNF). She plays an active role in advancing community engagement, stakeholder relations and strategic partnerships. She coordinates outreach programmes, represents CNF at community and public engagements, supports advocacy and awareness initiatives, mobilizes volunteers, and identifies community needs while connecting beneficiaries with appropriate programmes and services. Evelyn also contributes to public relations, fundraising, programme coordination and community development, working closely with partners, government institutions, community leaders and civil-society organizations to advance CNF's mission and promote meaningful, inclusive and sustainable community impact.
Kate Clarke
Communications Director, Cover Nature Foundation
Kate Clarke is a dedicated communications professional, community advocate, and development-oriented leader serving as the Communications Director of Cover Nature Foundation (CNF). She plays a strategic role in strengthening the Foundation’s public communication, stakeholder engagement, visibility, and outreach initiatives. In her capacity as Communications Director, Kate supports the development and coordination of strategic communications, public awareness campaigns, digital engagement, community outreach, and institutional messaging. She works closely with the Foundation’s leadership, programme teams, community representatives, development partners, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders to communicate CNF’s programmes and impact effectively. Kate is committed to using clear, inclusive, and responsible communication to promote environmental sustainability, community empowerment, social inclusion, humanitarian values, and sustainable development. She contributes to strengthening dialogue between the Foundation and the communities it serves while ensuring that community voices and development priorities are appropriately represented. Her professional approach is guided by integrity, professionalism, collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and effective stakeholder engagement. Akua Baah Agyeman
Executive Director & Regional Programme Coordinator, Cover Nature Foundation
Akua Baah Agyeman is a Ghanaian development professional, community advocate, and programme coordinator serving as the Executive Director and Regional Programme Coordinator of Cover Nature Foundation (CNF). She provides strategic and operational leadership in the areas of environmental sustainability, community development, social empowerment, and inclusive development. In her role, Akua coordinates and supports programmes in collaboration with communities, government institutions, civil society organizations, development partners, and other stakeholders. Her work focuses on environmental protection, youth and women’s empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, social inclusion, community resilience, and public awareness. Her leadership is guided by professionalism, integrity, collaboration, inclusiveness, and a strong commitment to sustainable and meaningful impact. She is passionate about strengthening community participation, promoting local ownership, and ensuring that community perspectives are meaningfully reflected in development initiatives. Chapman Obeng Darko
Cultural Mediator, Cover Nature Foundation Ghana
Chapman Obeng Darko is a respected businessman, humanitarian advocate, and community leader serving as the Cultural Mediator of Cover Nature Foundation Ghana. In this capacity, he contributes to strengthening cultural understanding, community cohesion, and meaningful engagement among diverse groups and stakeholders. Executive Member & MEL Officer/Specialist | Cover Nature Foundation (CNF)
Shine Grandvill is an Executive Member, businessman, humanitarian advocate, and community leader committed to advancing social development, community empowerment, and measurable humanitarian impact. As CNF’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer/Specialist, he provides strategic leadership in programme monitoring, data analysis, impact measurement, reporting, and organisational learning. He delivers evidence-based insights that strengthen accountability, programme performance, strategic decision-making, and sustainable community outcomes. Through his leadership and professional expertise, Shine contributes to strengthening CNF’s programmes, demonstrating measurable results, improving interventions, and delivering lasting impact for the communities it serves.
ISAAC AMOAH
Executive Member & Director of Volunteer Services Cover Nature Foundation (CNF)
Isaac Amoah is an Executive Member and Director of Volunteer Services at Cover Nature Foundation (CNF), providing strategic leadership in volunteer engagement, development and coordination. He leads volunteer recruitment, training, team coordination and retention, while building partnerships with communities, institutions and organizations to strengthen volunteer participation in CNF’s humanitarian and community-development programmes. Isaac is committed to developing a skilled, motivated and accountable volunteer network that supports CNF’s mission and contributes to meaningful and sustainable social impact.
Susana Gyamfua
Programme Director, Cover Nature Foundation Ghana
Susana Gyamfua is a dedicated development professional, community advocate, and programme leader serving as the Programme Director of Cover Nature Foundation Ghana (CNF). She plays an important role in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the Foundation’s programmes, helping to translate its vision and objectives into practical initiatives that create meaningful and sustainable community impact. In her capacity as Programme Director, Susana supports programmes focused on environmental sustainability, community empowerment, social inclusion, youth and women’s development, humanitarian outreach, and sustainable livelihoods. She works collaboratively with community leaders, civil society organizations, government institutions, development partners, and other stakeholders to strengthen programme delivery and promote effective partnerships. Selina Larweh
Field Officer, Cover Nature Foundation Ghana
Selina Larweh is a dedicated community development professional and field officer serving with Cover Nature Foundation Ghana (CNF). She plays an important role in connecting the Foundation’s programmes with the communities they are designed to serve, supporting effective community engagement, field coordination, and programme implementation. In her capacity as Field Officer, Selina works closely with community members, local leaders, partner organizations, and other stakeholders to support the implementation of CNF initiatives. Her responsibilities include conducting community outreach, supporting field assessments, identifying community needs and priorities, assisting with programme activities, mobilizing community participation, and providing timely feedback from the field to the Foundation’s programme and management teams. She also supports the monitoring and documentation of community activities, helps maintain effective communication with beneficiaries, and contributes to ensuring that projects are implemented responsibly, inclusively, and in accordance with the Foundation’s objectives. Selina is particularly committed to community empowerment, environmental awareness, social inclusion, humanitarian support, and sustainable development. Her approach is guided by professionalism, respect, compassion, teamwork, and a strong understanding of the importance of community participation in achieving lasting development outcomes.
